Booking
Guests can make their bookings online, by phone, by mail or fax. When booking online you must pay the 30% deposit by credit card through the PayPal system, it must be kept in mind that the remaining amount for the stay must be paid upon arrival, or penalties for cancellation are but withheld payment on account paid when booking. The information submitted online is binding in legal terms.

Payment
All services of the residence are to be paid in cash (Euro or foreign currency) upon arrival, ATM card, credit card or Travel of checks issued in EURO.
Additional costs are borne by the paying customer.

Advances
For all bookings must be paid on our bank account or through other forms indicated by our staff in advance of 30% on the price.
It must be paid to on-line booking or within 7 days after receiving the confirmation, in case of short-term bookings up to 3 days before arrival.
Any costs for the transfer are borne by the sender.

Cancellation Policy
You can cancel reservations by notice in writing to the reception by e-mail, fax or mail.

• For cancellations received more than 30 days in advance of the date of arrival, no penalty is not applied and the process is refunded deposit.
• For cancellations received in advance from 30 to 7 days from the date of arrival, a penalty equal to 50% of occonto paid will be refunded and the remaining 50% of the deposit.

CHECK-IN and CHECK-OUT
check-in: the apartments are available from 15.00 onwards, at any time.
check-out: it is necessary to leave the apartments not later than 11.00 am.
